**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Agile Facilitation**:Guide and coach the development team on Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Foster open and transparent communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and priorities. Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- **Remove Impediments**:Identify and address obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's progress. Work proactively to eliminate impediments and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Project Planning**:Collaborate with the product owner and development team to define project scope, create user stories, and establish sprint goals. Assist in estimating effort and ensuring timely delivery of features.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Regularly assess the team's performance and identify areas for enhancement, striving for increased efficiency and productivity.
- **Metrics and Reporting**:Gather and analyze project metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- **Team Empowerment**:Promote self-organization and empower team members to take ownership of their tasks. Encourage a collaborative and positive team environment.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT project environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficient in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
