Team Coaching and Interaction: Coach the Scrum team in planning and executing Requirement
Specifications. Serve as the main point of interaction between the Product Owner and the Project Team.
Planning and Progress Tracking: Assist in planning iterations, developing the Product Backlog, defining
requirements, guiding the team, and tracking progress. Report progress to key stakeholders and ensure
deliverable quality and consistency.
Review Participation: Participate in all reviews with the Authority, ensuring proper documentation and
pproval of discussions and decisions.
Confidentiality and Security: Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security requirements as per the
Contract, Official Secrets Act, and Authority’s directives.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of all development and maintenance activities, including proper
accounting and administrative records.
Progress Reporting: Use and update the Product Backlog and other artefacts to track project progress.
Inform the Authority of any delivery slippages and recommend alternatives.
Qualification:
Minimum three (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) or
equivalent teams.
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
Scrum Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Scrum framework and ability to train others.
Planning and Coordination: Proficiency in planning iterations, developing product backlogs, and coordinating with team members.
Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating meetings and ensuring productive discussions.
Progress Tracking: Ability to use progress tracking tools like Product Backlogs,
Sprint Backlogs, and burndown charts.
Problem-solving: Competence in identifying potential project impediments and proposing solutions.
