Job Responsibilities Support the Product Manager and Product Owner in day-to-day activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, and team coordination. Run and facilitate scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming/review, and retrospectives) for the scrum team. Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver value to customers. Help assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coach the team to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution within the team. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel. Support digital delivery in accordance with strategic intent. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution. Provide servant leadership and lead by example, supporting the team and fostering a collaborative culture. Required Knowledge and Experience Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) is required. Junior-level experience in any of the following roles - Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management role. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Skills/Experience (Any combination of these is a plus)Experience with the SAFe framework or other scaled agile approaches. Familiarity with Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing. Previous experience supporting or running scrum teams, even in a junior or supporting capacity.
