Seeking Scrum Master to join our Product Delivery Engineering Team. You will lead the agile/scrum practice along with other scrum masters to lead sprint teams into the successful completion of sprints. You will also work with product owners and product managers to facilitate conversations within and outside of the sprint teams.

**Responsibilities**
- Be Agile champion and guide one or more teams in adaption of agile/scrum principles
- Monitors team activity and guides workload commitments
- Remove ambiguity by connecting with external teams or individuals so sprint progresses as schedule
- Keep team members engaged, involved and informed
- Maintain data integrity, completeness and accuracy in team tools for work tracking and reporting
- Ensures effective and efficient meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, release planning and retrospectives
- Promotes collective ownership of story completion and sprint goals
- Provide consistent and periodic project status to senior management
- Escalate impediments that cannot be resolved by the sprint team
- Manage project for the engineering team, partnering closely with external program and project managers
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to create project plans, release plans and other artifacts as needed

**Requirements**:

- 2+yrs of Scrum Master Experience.
- Must have worked as Scrum Master for more than 2 Teams
- Proven record of successful delivery of releases via scrum process
- Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous issues
- First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) would be an advantage.
- Technical Engineering Background would be an advantage.
- Proactive, quick decision maker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
