Join PlayFACTO School as a **Customer Service Officer**, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our customers. If you have a passion for delivering excellent service and possess strong organisational skills, we’d love to hear from you You will be based in HQ office for this role.
- Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Promptly disseminate accurate information regarding our programmes and services
- Disseminate information promptly to internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Develop a strong understanding of our offerings to provide clear and helpful guidance
- Answer phone calls with pleasantness and professionalism, maintaining a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the department
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum **2 years of relevant work experience** in customer service or administration
- **Strong organisational and administrative skills**:

- A clear and professional communicator with a **strong command** of English and a second language to assist diverse customers.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate customer management systems and office software
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
