Regional Logistics Director

Manage the regional and local supply chain team in the creation, implementation and delivery of the global functional strategy, initiatives and budgeted targets.
- Strategically plan and manage regional sourcing and logistics. Standardization and efficiency of supply chain end-to-end processes.
- Provide guidance and international trade compliance regulations and responsible for the trade compliance and supply chain support in Asia.
- Develop strong solid global relationships and KPI measurements with the selected providers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of workflows, templates and processes; maintain project timelines
- Interprets data received from more junior individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.
- Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
- Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.Report to management and escalate issues as needed to keep projects on track.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in developing strategic logistics / trade solutions and working with international custom brokers
- Knowledge of how International Trade compliance fits with modern global operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, resilient and able to handle high pressure situations.
- Overseas travel will be required.
