Regional Account Director

**Job Descriptions**
This role is client-facing and focuses on developing a positive business relationship. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Mapping out client accounts, identifying their business units, and coordinating with regional/global teams to ensure alignment.
- Running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensuring they are well-prepared.
- Ensuring that every office serves the client, understands the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and follows them accordingly.
- Monitoring, analysing, and distributing reports and being responsible and accountable for them.
- Conducting performance management for the reporting team.
- Regularly analyse the market and stay up-to-date with industry trends to maintain knowledge.
- Driving collaboration efforts internally by promoting and sharing best practices in the following areas:
- Client Reviews
- Strategic Business Plan
- Value add Programs
- Process Improvements
- Tender Management
- Technology Solutions
- Leading and reviewing impact and coverage analyses to identify service and opportunity gaps.
- Directing account monitoring activities by the team to ensure timely payment and collection. Creating and implementing business development plans with short-term and long-term objectives to be achieved by the region.

- In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends.
- Proficiency in performance management and team development.
- Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a senior management role within the logistics industry.
