We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Account Director to lead and coordinate multi-market advertising campaigns while driving strong client relationships and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic, commercial, and creative expertise, combined with exceptional leadership skills to deliver excellence across all aspects of account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate advertising campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage senior stakeholders across multinational client organizations, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Oversee P&L responsibilities with diligence, maintaining all financial and commercial aspects of the portfolio.
- Demonstrate strategic and creative understanding of client businesses; proactively develop solutions to address client challenges.
- Manage and lead internal strategic and creative teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
- Drive business growth by achieving both organic and new business targets.
- Uphold and protect the creative culture and standards of the agency.
Ensure on-time and satisfactory delivery of all campaign assets, meeting client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in account management within advertising, marketing, or communications.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior multinational clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financials, budgets, and P&L accountability.
- Strategic thinker with strong creative appreciation and problem-solving skills.
- Track record of delivering business growth through both organic opportunities and new client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Possess a Bachelor Degree or relevant field
