**About the role**

Reporting to the TSL Regional Manager, this role will assist in all areas of LCL activities, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in order to support decision-making and protect Bollore’s interests

**What you will be doing**
- Internal And External Communication:

- Share about LCL products with ASPAC regional branches
- Work with internal team to develop commercial collaterals such as flyers, presentations, etc.
- Input monthly volumes and report zones’ volumes to TSL Regional Manager
- Ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with Bollore network for process improvements to increase overall efficiency
- Maintain and develop tools for the LCL product (ex. Minimum/Maximum Selling Rates tariffs, Destination billing charges, Sop’s, sailing schedule and marketing tools)
- Assist Pricing Departments and Bid Management Team with regards to tender requests
- Provide team with accurate rates
- Analyse best strategy with TSL Regional Manager to ensure best outcome for the company
- Assist TSL Regional Manager and TSL Global Director with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Check Co-loader rates against internal records
- Liaise directly with co-loaders
- Perform analysis on co-loaders to support use
- Update and supply costing to TSL Regional and Global Corporate management

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding
- At least a diploma in logistics & supply chain or a related field of study
- At least intermediate proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Data and numbers driven

Desirable
- Knowledge of LCL will be a plus
- Meticulous with high attention to detail
- Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
