**What the role is**
- The Senior Executive/Executive (Corporate Administration) manages the day-to-day office administration matters in VITAL and provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the VITAL office.

**What you will be working on**
- Manage the office administration in VITAL, which includes the following:

- Procure and monitor the utilisation of office supplies and stationery.
- Liaise with the vendor to replenish the stationery in the vending machine.
- Conduct monthly housekeeping of selected office equipment.
- Facilitate security clearance for external parties and car park requests.
- Administer the organisation’s e-registry mailbox.
- Update staff contact details on the relevant internal communication channels and documents.
- Provide administrative support for VITAL’s staff on-boarding and exit processes. This includes the issue/return of staff cards & Temp Passes and issue of organisational stamps, when required.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration.
- Able to work independently and look at the big picture as well as the details.
- Meticulous with good analytical and organisational skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal, communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and have a positive “can do” mind-set.
