We are presenting an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Business Development professional with a proven track record of promoting compelling solutions and products to retailers and enterprises. In this role, you will actively contribute to solution consulting and business advisory within a significant untapped market. Reporting to the Team Lead of Business Development, this position offers a chance to be at the forefront of shaping our company's growth and success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting solution-oriented products to partners and retailers.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with potential, as well as new and existing strategic partners and retailers.
- Architect and negotiate commercial agreements that drive positive and sustainable business results for Digital Platforms.
- Effectively manage multiple project timelines to execute campaigns for partners and retailers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, technology, analytics, legal, marketing, operations, and finance, to launch partner and retailer campaigns.
- Offer comprehensive support to partners and retailers throughout the entire process, serving as the primary point of contact and proactively resolving any business or technical issues.
- Monitor, analyse, and communicate essential quantitative trends related to the business. Initiate reviews with partners and retailers to develop strategies for optimizing results and outcomes further.
**Requirement**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, or selling Merchant Solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability in cultivating robust business relationships and thinking innovatively about partnership opportunities.
- Driven by targets and a proven self-starter, with the ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high tenacity, and comfort in collaborative and dynamic settings.
- Proven track record in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for technology trends, retail solutions, and enhancing customer experiences. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
