**Job scope and responsibility**
- Application for loading/unloading using Marinet (MPA) including preparation of documents.
- Liaise, coordinate and respond to meet customers’ shipment requirements
- Work closely with operation team for any delivery order or shipment related
- Maintain tenants records and coordinate on any equipment breakdown
- Assist on receiving of delivery orders and purchased items from client and vendor
- Tabulate workers time sheet including overtime and submit to HR Dept
- Prepare monthly quality objectives achievement report
- Raise quotation, customer creation and billing advise in the gurusoft online
- Company appointed First Aider for Marine Logistics (ML)
- Carry out monthly check and inspection for first aid boxes to ensure items are valid and intact
- Maintain the record of equipments certificates and other require license certificates for ML
- Maintain employees, training and courses record ensure are updated
- Assist on ISO audit
- Prepare requisition for Stationary and refreshment for office including spare and stores.
- Issue gate passes for trucking out cargoes
- Issuing PO and support manager on day to day operation in both yard and ship.
- Sea staff engagement and deployment on/off vessels
- Arrange and deploy Sea Staff for in-house training and external approved short courses training.
- Maintain and update an efficient filing system for BSA Operations Department.
