**About the role**
As the Administrative Coordinator (Sales & Materials) at Great Year Industries Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative and organizational support to sales and materials procurement. This is a full-time position based in the Tagore Industrial Estate.
**Jobscope**:
- Providing administrative support to the sales and materials management teams, including managing calendars.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales quotation and project warranties.
- Maintaining and updating customers and suppliers databases for completeness of records.
- Coordinating orders, tracking and distribution of office and operational supplies.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and escalating issues as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Strong organizational management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Meticulous in detail and maintaining accurate records and data.
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
