HR Business Partner

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to works directly and closely with key stakeholders and Business Leaders, and provides strategic advice and consultation on all aspects of HR.
**Key responsibilities:
- Building relationships: The HRBP(1) builds strong relationships with country business leaders and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the business goals, challenges, and needs.
- HR strategy development: Based on the needs of the business, the HRBP (1) implements HR strategies that support the business goals and objectives
- Training development: HRBP(1) is responsible for developing training framework and defining the competencies based on the professional level of each position for the smaller scale setup office in the organisation.
- Talent management: HRBP(1) is responsible for rolling out a plan to address them. This may include recruiting, retention, and talent pipeline and development plan to based on the country’s business strategic plan.
- Performance management: The HRBP(1) ensures that the performance management process is aligned with the business strategy and goals and provides guidance to managers on managing employee performance.
- Employee relations: The HRBP(1) is responsible for resolving employee relations issues and ensuring that the organization follows all employment laws and regulations. If the issue is not resolved within HRBP 1, HRBP 1 should escalate the issue to Senior HRBP or the higher-level Leader.
- Change management: HRBP(1) supports Senior HRBP in change management initiatives, helping to prepare the organization for changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
- Any other ad-hoc project as assigned by the Management

- Bachelor's degree in HRM
- At least 1-2 years APAC regional HR Management and/or HRBP experience
- Telecommunication industry experience is strongly preferred
- Business English and Chinese communication skills
