Currently, Singapore produces only 10% of its food domestically and imports the remaining 90%, making this a highly promising and sustainable industry.

DESIGNATION : [Allied Food] Customer Service Executive (Korean-Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides customer support, responding to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner while demonstrating a high level of customer service empathy, professionalism and respect.
- Maintain relationships with customers, shipping line, PSA & relevant parties.
- Do following up customer orders from start to the end.
- Solve customer problems and help resolve issues.
- Preparing bills and invoices.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the inhouse system.
- Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
- Cooperative and helps to promote teamwork.
- Responsible for creating, processing, and managing customer orders in the system

QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal skill
- Diploma holder in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics & Supply Chain
- Fluent in Korean to liaise with Korean speaking customers
