**Job Objectives/Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Executive, he/she is required to ensure customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. He/she oversees the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establishes standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities/Duties**:
- Prepare quotations and submit to customers
- Handling/processing of customer sales order
- Monitoring of delivery status
- Logistic arrangement/coordination for local and overseas shipment
- To support sales personnel in new project coordination
- Supporting sales team in processing documentation for sales
- Ensure customer satisfactory are met
- Coordinating with internal department on job orders and requirement
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
