Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with Operations, Shipping team and Logistics Service Providers to ensure On-Time-Delivery and internal/external customer satisfaction for inbound/outbound deliveries.
Co-ordinate with Logistics Service Providers and monitor daily inbound/outbound deliveries including forward planning.
Resolve customer/internal stakeholders queries regarding inbound/outbound shipments.
Ensure deliveries are executed based on customers expected receiving dates.
Review logistics processes and implement changes to establish effective workflow.
Establish continuous improvement activities to achieve logistics saving targets.
Lead and participate in continuous projects in logistics team / within the site.
Comply and adhere to the regulatory and company Quality and EHS requirement.
**Requirements**:
Preferably Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in similar industry
Working experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry
Language proficiency in English and Chinese, and
Minimal travel. Personal Trait Profile
Customer focused with strong communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven with ability to learn and improve on the fly
Tenacity to drive break throughs with data analytics and process understanding
Team player with growth mindset
