**Summary**:

- Ensure all shipping instructions are issued on timely basis to Suppliers, Shipping Lines, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and packaging suppliers for on-time arrival of shipments to destinations globally.

**Job description**:

- Issue of Shipping Instructions (SI) **-**Timeliness of SI issuance is critical to the on-time departure from origin and arrival of raw materials to all plants worldwide.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting of all operational issues encountered to find the best course of action for shipments of cargo.
- Taking raw material leadtime and preparations into consideration when issuing SIs and dynamic situation concerning maritime activities.
- Logistics Coordination with Stakeholders - effective liaising with relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment. In addition, to proactively alert stakeholders in case of any event of delays, failure and participates in the search for solutions.
- Analyze and identify the root cause of issue and implement corrective actions to remedy situation. This include cross communications with suppliers, shipping lines representatives and 3PL entities.
- Provide detailed information on practices and tools to display effective monitoring of shipments and actions in place to address issues in the event of unexpected circumstance. (cargo delays, space capacity challenges etc).
- Acquainted with analysis of data management and to propose solutions to improve logistics procedures with new and/or existing working methods.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Logistic Operation
- Knowledge on shipping procedures
- Analytical and able to perform analysis using available tools

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
