Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operation role:
Assist Operation Manager to conduct basic work to help monitor business unit performance and provide necessary support including but not limit to international logistic management, risk analysis, tender support, etc.
- HR role:
manage company Corp Pass account, handle basic HR functions
**International Logistics Management**
- Work and negotiate with company logistic supplier to provide international logistics and insurance cost quotation, review invoices and arrange payment.
- Handle logistics complaints
- Analyse and optimize logistic related costs
**Tender Support**
- Tender documents review and risk analysis
- Coordinate with different departments and provide required tender documents and quotation
**Accounts receivable and payment management**
- Ensure the integrity and validity of the company debt
- Work with business units to monitor timely sales returns
- Credit management of all international customers and timely filing of insurance claims for overdue receivables
**Compliance and audit**
- Assist with all internal and external audits including but no limit to prepare or collect different forms, reports or documents; review and evaluate related company regulations and policies, etc
- Monitor the implementation of transfer pricing between related companies
**HR related work**
- Manage company Corp Pass account
- Draft or translate company regulation or policies
- Other basic HR functions
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in these: operations, compliance, legal support, HR & Admin, finance support, customer service
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office, ERP system, basic financial and international trading knowledge
- You should be an independent worker that works well with pressure and mínimal supervision.
- Willing to learn, responsible and proactive to ask questions when not sure
- Able to communicate smoothly with vendors, customers, internal employees and overseas colleagues
- Good Team player
- Experience in contract management, HR & Admin, or Legal support is a plus
