Manage our growing Professional Services and Education groups throughout Asia to deliver excellent consulting, project management, and training services on Kofax products. This person will provide direction and supervision to regional managers and a staff of consultants and PMs.

Lead delivery of services in both small and larger enterprise accounts and work jointly with counterparts in EMEA and Americas on global projects. Manage costs to earn strong margins while building a group with high utilization and exceptional customer satisfaction. Work closely with sales management to become part of the 'solution team' which scopes and bids projects in a profitable and sustainable way.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the PS-Asia team to deliver projects ontime, within budget, and profitably.
- Manage utilization to match or exceed company goals.
- Match or exceed the group's revenue targets.
- Deliver projects that match or exceed customer's expectations.
- Hire capable new talent into the group to build its capabilities.
- Act as an inspirational leader to the team as demonstrated by high morale and low attrition.
- Work closely with the VP of PS to help shape global enterprise programs.

**Required Skills**:

- Demonstrated a history of success in large multi-country PS organizations with responsibility for revenue and gross margin
- Personally managed and deployed enterprise-level software solutions with major Fortune 1000 global organizations
- Managed managers (2ndlevel management experience)
- Possess professional oral and written communications skills with experience in comfortably speaking to large groups
- Strong positive relations with sales management in a team environment
- Exceptional people skills to build strong teams and keep them motivated

**Required Skills**:
Required Experience
- Min Degree in any discipline
- 5-10 years of consulting and consulting management experience at the Region/ District level
- 3-5 years experience managing all aspects of a services business including P&L management experience
- Prior experience in systems integration consulting or software vendor services
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage the technical personnel and processes associated with enterprise software sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
- Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, develop and retain project-based employees
- Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and maintain career development and project delivery programs
