Opportunity Statement:
As part of the Professional Services management team, you are in charge of overseeing the

implementation of Ivalua’s solution for a portfolio of major projects. In this role you will work

with implementation specialists, implementation leads and engineers. This is an opportunity to

start the practice in Singapore and build a team of 4-8 team members.

You are accountable for the successful project execution, the customer satisfaction and the

partner support. You are also contributing to the implementation of the project by bringing your

functional and technical expertise.

This role requires travel mainly in the SEA, ANZ and occasionally to other countries.

**Responsibilities**:
Guarantee successful project execution

Manage customer executive relationship Manage risks and escalations Secure ARR and gross margin on services Provide necessary support to partners and enforce project governance for partner prime projects Support the team operationally by providing best practices on business and on Ivalua's solution Define and enforce operational processes Empower and grow the team Contracting, staffing and billing

Skills You Need to Succeed:
10+ years’ experience in software development related management

Procurement experience Client oriented, problem solver Ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills People management and leadership Ability to work within a multicultural environment

Desirable Skills:
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus

Preferred Education:

- BS/BA degree in Procurement, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
