Job summary

Here at Amazon Web Services we're looking for an exceptionally bright, experienced, energetic and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support two Directors in our Asia Pacific team for Professional Services based in Singapore.

We're a fast-growing business and whilst the role will be demanding and you will face new challenges every day there is a strong sense of team.

The key responsibilities include:

- Management of complex calendars and scheduling
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Organise, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Act as a liaison for manager’s direct reports
- Coordinating and collaborating across multiple geographies globally
- Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organisation
