Join us and be a part of our mission to drive sustainability through technology and talent at Tata Consultancy Services, APAC today Key Responsibilities: Partner with Internal Client Directors and Sales Directors to create a GTM Strategy for ServiceNow Work with Product Vendor in aligning the GTM strategy Accountable for driving Solution responses (written and oral) to identified opportunities in Asia. Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate technical, functional and organizational requirements on adoption of Service Now platform/’s. Deliver clear, confident guidance on migration scope, impact, and benefits Stay informed on ServiceNow product architecture, typical customer configurations, and integration points Qualifications Overall 15+ years in IT Industry with 8+ years in presales, solution consulting, or solution architect roles Proven ability to build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholder Strong communication, listening, and objection handling skills Hands-on experience with at least one ServiceNow product area beyond ITxM products. Ability to collaborate with ServiceNow architects and technical teams when deeper product expertise is needed ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is a must. ServiceNow CIS certification is desirable in one of the Products. Prior experience working with Onshore Offshore model is required.
