**The Responsibilities**:

- Supporting users who are using SAP TM module and LISA Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with the user community, ensuring the role of facilitator between the stakeholders
- Handles level 2 and 3 tickets such as programming and configuring the issue
- Understand the business problem and recommend solutions that enable organization to achieve its goals
- Target user satisfaction; analyzes required information and data
- Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
- Communicates on regular basis with business stakeholders, including written business correspondence
- Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT or related discipline
- High familiarity and experienced in SAP Transport Management (SAP-TM) module and ABAP, including with configuration, process design, testing and post-implementation support in a global environment
- To have a maritime experience is a plus
- Organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience gathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications
- Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborating with developers for customized development
