**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for transportation and logistics processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions, with a focus on **SAP TM on S/4HANA (Embedded TM)**implementations.
- Lead or support full-cycle SAP TM projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Integrate SAP TM with S/4HANA core modules (SD, MM, EWM, GTS) and external systems (carriers, freight forwarders, visibility platforms).
- Drive solution design for transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and charge management on the HANA platform.
- Write functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, BTP).
- Support end-user training, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide expert-level guidance on leveraging **HANA innovations**(e.g., real-time analytics, embedded TM functionality).
- Keep up to date with SAP TM roadmap and S/4HANA Transportation Management best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM, with **at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations on S/4HANA**.
- Deep understanding of SAP TM functionalities: Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Settlement.
- Proven experience working on **SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM**or sidecar TM on HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices for TM and simplifications in S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus), PPF (Post Processing Framework), and TM Optimizer.
- Strong cross-functional integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and GTS.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- SAP TM Certification or S/4HANA Logistics Certification is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Transportation Cockpit, Freight Agreement Management, and real-time reporting on HANA.
- Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of transportation industry-specific requirements (e.g., 3PL, FMCG, automotive).
