**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Implement and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
- Drive HR analytics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping HR policies up to date.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
