We are looking for Business Development talents (junior/senior positions) who will be responsible for overall account management, client support and deal closure.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Partnering
- Develop and grow FOMO Pay’s new business unit, own and maintain P/L responsibilities
- Excellent understanding of payment or digital currency processes, pipelines, workflows, and tools
- Follow-up on new/existing business leads - research about companies and industries
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Seek referrals from existing clients and stakeholders through networking sessions at industry events
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet sales targets and secure new clients with good revenue potential
Relationship Management
- Demonstrate experience with a successful track record in managing accounts, building partnership relationships, and driving revenues
- Experience in working with international partners and multi-countries partnerships
- Experience of managing a diverse set of stakeholders
- Recognise and anticipate triggers based on customer behavior to engage with customers who request to terminate / downgrade relationship
- Manage budget and hit/exceed monthly/quarterly target as established by the Company
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with the regulatory landscape in Asia Pacific or show willingness to learn along steep learning curves
- Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work in fast paced environment with numerous stakeholders
- Analytical, Independent & Problem Solver
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese speaking partners). Additional Asian languages would be a plus
- Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry would be preferred
