**Responsibilities**:
The role has a strong commercial focus and requires close collaboration with stakeholders to drive lending plus investment & insurance x-sell. There’re five key areas to focus:

- Commercialization: From strategy to execution, focusing on Distribution engagement and client engagement initiatives
- Lending Advisory: Daily station at branches (e.g. Wealth Hub, Wealth Centre) to advise RMs/Investment Specialist on client lending plus investment portfolio construction
- Platform Innovation: Develop and implement strategic roadmap for wealth lending business. Work closely with the Transformation and Technology teams to execute platform strategy
- End-to-end Process: Initiate creative process streamlining ideas and collaborate with stakeholders to offer customer-centric product platform and ensure competitiveness in Singapore
- Smart Risk Management: Work with Credit Risk team to identify business opportunities while enhancing risk management and monitoring of the holistic lending business

**Qualifications**:

- Financial Engineering
- Financial Analysis & Security Trading, Computational Finance, Stochastic Investment Models, etc.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Master's degree
- Technical skills: Access, SQL, VBA and Bloomberg
