We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Senior Vice President, Wealth Product Management (Invest Fin).**
**Principal Responsibilities**
HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.
- Grow Wealth Lending business book
- Drive end to end development of wealth lending, including but not limited to obtaining product and initiatives designs, approval, training and sales management
- Ensure product management risks and regulatory aspects are well managed and product stays relevant and competitive in market
- Build strong relationship with distribution and risk stewards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
- Sound understanding of leverage lending knowledge, regulatory context and market competition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business and operating plans (in relation to premium financing and leverage business) which consistently deliver desired results
