**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Developing new credit solutions, designing and implementing product enhancements, improving customer’s journey and working with regional partners to implement cross-border collateralization.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop new credit solutions to expand wealth credit financing capability, including end-to-end design of customer lending journey, preparing marketing collateral, working with IT to develop system capability and working with stakeholders to develop operational processes. Co-ordinate and work closely with product managers, regional partners and risk stakeholders to implement new initiatives and changes to processes, credit risk policy and functional manuals. Manage several projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks, resources, and project timelines across various initiatives. Identify gaps, develop solutions and drive changes on process to achieve operational efficiency. Carry out product trainings, business analysis, monitor loan portfolio performance, and develop measurement matrix and management reporting.
