We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Product Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

The Product Manager role is deeply customer-focused, collaborating closely with other key disciplines, and always making decisions with a strong customer and commercial mind-set. Successful product managers act as owners of the business and are willing to do whatever it takes to deliver as much value as possible to our customers. He/she will drive cross-functional delivery and engage with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Operations, Business, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and other Product areas in order to deliver results.

The successful role holder will demonstrate the follow key attributes:

- Product/Outcome Focus - Open-mindedness when considering new and/or deviant feature ideas; Ability to put himself/herself in the customer’s place and identify their key needs and pain points
- Business acumen - accuracy in estimating the market size and viability of a prospective product or feature; ability to clarify business outcomes, key performance indicators and ensure the solutions best address problem statement and deliver anticipated benefits
- Delivery Excellence - the capability to mobilize and successfully manage end to end execution to a high standard across all facets of the change process to ensure benefits are realized (while accountability sits within strategy owning lines of business)
- Innovation - an awareness of emerging technology and innovation how this can be applied to solve challenges and improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Design Led Thinking - an awareness of end to end customer focused solution design and architecture alignment / problem solving
- Support the full cycle of product management across one or more products and cross-functional teams from opportunity assessment, ideation, through validation and delivery, to ongoing product lifecycle management and optimization
- Use insights, data, market potential, trends, problems, and opportunities to develop a product vision and strategy for your product and demonstrate that the product strategy is aligned to achieve the business strategy
- Push products across the finish line and get buy-in across the organization
- Lead discussions across functional teams about hypotheses and lead teams through discovery, test and learn processes to validate or kill ideas, using data and insight driven decision making.
- Work across lines of business to support innovation projects and get early concepts and pilots to market
- Effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive product development.
- Influence tech stack, data model, APIs, platform and system architecture
- Challenging limitations - push tech-enabled possibilities and making judgments and recommendations that will impact the business
- Lead aspects of the proposition and product design processes, understanding research techniques, design patterns and service design; Seek constant user feedback to iterate on product and experience

Requirements
