**Position Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Orders, and tracks the progress of, background checks and other pre-employment screening via the selected vendor.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Preferred Background and Skills**:

- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Previous Human Resource administration experience preferred.
- Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment. Ability to execute and follow standard work outlined for the position.
- Must be organized and be able to prioritize and complete projects with mínimal supervision. Should possess a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent demonstrated written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
- Prior experience working with HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Software preferred.

**Language Skills**

English fluency required. Additional language skills are beneficial.

**Travel**

Estimated 0-5% travel.
