**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Assist in employer branding projects and career events

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Prior HR/recruitment experience is a bonus (but not a must)
