Our 12-week internship programme enables you to develop valuable professional skills and learn what it’s like to work in a high-impact professional services organization. We’re looking for a diverse group of students with varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we continue to offer the most innovative solutions to our clients. If you have a high level of commercial awareness, lots of ambition and an enthusiastic approach, we want to hear from you.

This programme is ideal for students who are in their penultimate year of university, but we also welcome first-year applicants.

**Internship opportunities are available in***:
People Advisory
- Work with experienced consultants from around the region on talent & rewards related projects (e.g. Job Architecture Design, Salary Structure Design, Competency Framework Design etc.) and become familiar with critical talent challenges that top level clients from varying industries are facing
- Validate and analyse compensation and organizational data received for consulting projects to develop reports
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling of data for consulting projects/studies
- Provide research to support development of proposals, reports, webinar materials and white papers/articles

Data Solutions
- Review and analysis of data to help develop a point of view
- Assisting team in creating senior management and board-level client presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations

Assessments
- Support client project delivery and set up of project requirements
- Provide support and guidance to clients where appropriate and necessary
- Deploy assessments and solve queries on assessment system
- Undertake data analysis on assessment data or work with analytics team (in HQ) to interpret assessment data
- Conduct research on key topics (e.g. literature review)

Executive Compensation
- Collaborate with experienced consultants from various regions, addressing the critical challenges faced by high-profile clients across a range of industries
- Analyze compensation and organizational data received for consulting projects to provide valuable insights and enhance decision making
- Perform statistical analysis and data modelling to drive success in consulting projects and studies
- Contribute essential research to underpin the development of proposals, comprehensive reports and white paper/articles
