What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s success by attracting, selecting, and onboarding the best talent. Your key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers.
- Building a robust talent pipeline to ensure the company’s continued growth.
- Representing Exodus Capital at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives to promote the company’s employer brand.

About You
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience (preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- An interest in leveraging innovative tools and strategies to streamline the hiring process.
