Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Singapore office, you will be a strategic architect of our growth, responsible for attracting and securing top talent across the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, developing data-driven recruitment strategies that directly impact our success. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about building strong pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and shaping the future of our teams.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with regional business leaders and the global HR team to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term objectives.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for your region—from role definition and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding—ensuring a seamless and positive journey for every candidate.
- Market Intelligence & Sourcing: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the regional talent landscape to identify, engage, and attract passive and active candidates through innovative sourcing channels and networking.
- Data-Driven Excellence: Utilize recruitment data and analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and continuously optimize our hiring strategies and processes.
- Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a world-class experience for both candidates and internal hiring teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- A proven track record in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably within a regional or international context.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern recruitment techniques, including the use of major sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical ability, using data to tell a story and drive decision-making.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of local labour laws and employment regulations in the region is a plus.
