Client Relationship Manager

**Job Overview:**:Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams, and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s clients to boost our brand and profits in the long run

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Actively acquiring new clients through contacts
- Analyze the financial status of clients and provide strategies based on client needs to achieve financial goals
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the company and regulatory authorities
- Travel around the region to meet up with client
- Establish and manage relationships, build and preserve trusting bonds with clients
- Handle clients’ needs and inquiries to provide them with quality services
- Manage the total wealth of clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their needs
- Establish workflow processes and take part in automation of client onboarding project
- Undertake any ad-hoc matters and projects as assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a financial services organization
- Customer-focused and able to provide a high standard of client service
- Ability to take ownership of client inquiries
- Team player, helpful and well organized
- Experience in covering HNWI in the Southeast Asia market will be given priority
- Bilingual (to handle English, Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Remuneration commensurate with experience
