Client Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Provides consulting and private client services to the firm's existing customer base.
- Embarks on a proactive relationship management to strengthen and deepen relationship with existing clients, hence building a strong foundation for customer growth.
- Understands clients' personal and corporate needs, and recommend suitable and integrated solutions to meet or exceed clients' expectations.
- Demonstrates strong ability to manage and grow a portfolio of entrepreneurial and high net-worth clients.
- Manages the KYC onboarding of clients and acts as the main facilitator of communications between internal service delivery teams and clients to ensure that clients' expectations are achieved.
- Assists to fulfill clients' requests and enquiries, and develop strategies to implement solutions that impact clients and and enhance revenue growth.
**Job Requirements**:
- Ideally proven track record of managing high net-worth clients.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders to meet the needs of these clients.
- Experience in promoting professional services or financial services in a dedicated client relationship role is an advantage.
- Outgoing disposition with a charismatic personality.
- Strong academic and analytical skills with a good problem solving acumen.
- Result-oriented mindset, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Displays calm disposition at all times when dealing with clients.
