Monitor client portfolios and provide updates or reports as needed.
Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly.
- **Business Development**
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell financial products and services.
Support acquisition of new clients through referrals and networking.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- **Compliance and Documentation**
Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits or regulatory reviews.
