Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd (“DTC”) is an enterprise payment service provider incorporated in Singapore. Our payment solution DTCPay, offers customers and merchants worldwide the ability to handle crypto, cash and card payments, seamlessly. It is also compliant, fast, secure and cost efficient. DTC is building the payment 3.0 solution that would allow consumers and merchants to benefit from DLT based payment, in addition to traditional payment methods.
Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd is a Major Payment Institution Licence (Licence No. PS20200531 ) holder regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore under Payment Services Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for existing & newly onboarded clients activities and manage strong relationships, being the top-of-mind person to help increase their frequency to use our services & solutions.
- Build strong relationships with newly onboarded HNWI (High Networth Individuals) /Institutional clients and possess the commercial acumen to assess the risks/opportunities to grow their transactions.
- Assist clients to onboard with the Company, leading up to their first transaction including obtaining KYB/KYC documentation
- Manage clients’ inquiries promptly after their onboarding
- Create, qualify and convince HNWI/Institutional clients of upselling opportunities
- Work closely with the operations & compliance teams to ensure the seamless account account opening process.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in an Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager / Customer Success Manager role.
- Prior experience of cross-border payment/remittance industry / FX industry / privilege banking is a bonus
- Adaptable & can work in a fast paced environment
- Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An appreciation of technology solutions, specifically towards improving the financial services is preferred
