About the Organisation
The Singapore Food Agency’s mission is to ensure and secure a supply of safe food for Singapore.
The Digital Office (DGO) under the Science and Technology Division (S&T) designs, builds, and refreshes SFA’s digital capabilities and systems to enable effective, efficient, and resilient organisation processes.
About the Role
- Audio Visual (AV) system and Copiers and Printers contract management. Oversee the contracts, ensuring that they are renewed on time and that the vendor maintains equipment and addresses issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Ensure that the vendor provides technical support and assistance to users and conducts regular checks to ensure that equipment are in working condition. Ensure ample stock of accessories, certify monthly payments to the vendor, procure new stock as required.
- Equipment, assets, and software management. Manage inventory of S&T’s equipment and assets, and SFA software. Coordinate with vendors to ensure that new equipment, assets, and software are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner. Work with the vendor and support users on deployment/recovery/return and maintaining proper documentation and organisation.
- Contracts management. Track DGO contracts and licenses and inform the relevant staff before the expiry of contract/licence to trigger necessary contract renewal processes. Ensure that invoices received are processed on time.
- User account management. Work with vendor and Application Team to provide user access and removal of accounts, maintain proper documentation, and address access issues.
- Procurement of small value items: Assist DGO on procuring low value items.
Requirements and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and timelines
- Communications and interpersonal skills - able to work independently, with external vendors, and as a member of a team
