This is a short-term contract (10 months) and no relocation assistance is offered for this position. Coverage of benefits for contractual positions may change or vary.
**Core Responsibilities**
As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering consistent service to all employees at the LEGO Group. This means meeting the customers’ expectations and providing them with a top professional service, incorporating our LEGO values.
You will be responsible for:
**Benefits, Learning, and Absences Administration**
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Serve as level 2 point of contact, for employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and enrolment processes.
- Coordinate and oversee the administration of employee training and development programs, enrolment periods, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training completion and certifications.
- Manage the absence management process, including tracking leave requests and maintaining compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies through learning opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations related to employee benefits and absences.
- Analyze and report on benefits utilization, training effectiveness, and absence trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to manage benefits offerings and resolve issues.

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations; Monterrey, Kladno and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 3-5 years of relevant HR working experience in Employee Lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of Employee Lifecycle processes, APAC HR policies and legislation (knowledge in time & attendance is a plus)
- Great teammate with good interpersonal, communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proven track record of strong regional stakeholder management
- Ability to present confidently to a large crowd up to middle management of the organization
- Proficient in MS office, any experience in SAP/ Workday / ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Attention to details with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project planning, organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates pro-activeness, flexibility and thorough follow through
- A collaborative teammate, ability to work in cross functional team environment
- Strong English language skills (Spoken and Written), Mandarin and/or Vietnamese language skills will have an added advantage.
