**Position Purpose**

The role consists of leading all IT activities related to the APAC GB IT - Core Banking & CDL domain. Direct reporting line with the APAC GB IT Head based in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**

Resource management

Team management in conjunction with APAC GB IT Head and HR guidance

Transversal activities

Define the scope of work and team objectives according to APAC / HO business partners priorities

Lead Core Banking and CDL teams, organize and guarantee that work within their scope of responsibility is properly completed

Contextualize and communicate information within Core Banking and CDL domain and with various APAC/ HO stakeholders

Facilitate the preparation of the annual budget and forecast exercise; close collaboration / coordination with APAC CIO Office including the follow up on allocated budget and actuals for CB / CDL scope

Manage external vendor and IT solution provider (ISPL) in terms of delivery, quality, cost and timeline, and manage escalation if required

Be the entry point for reporting / progress update / escalation on CB / CDL perimeter to APAC / HO Senior Management

Interact and follow up on APS activities (production support)

Communicate with various GB and GM IT teams to smoothen expected deliveries and address challenges or situations

Communicate and engage with ITP and IT Security partners in APAC

Assess and manage the IT & Cyber security risks within their scope of responsibility

Operational and strategic

Ensure defined process with HO and APAC stakeholders are duly implemented and followed

Manage relationship and coordinate work between different teams in different locations

Review and follow up on team’s project progress and overall deliveries

Ensure project documents are maintained and updated as per agreed governance

Ensure standard quality assurance methodology are diligently applied

Review and assess delivery quality, delay and costs, reporting of any major issue

Participate in the operational implementation of the Domain’s objectives

Participate with APAC Business and stakeholders in establishing annual IT Core Banking and CDL roadmap

Minimum of 10 years IT experience within banking/fin
