Reporting directly to the CISO, the Head of Cyber Defence is a key management role overseeing the Cyber Security Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Cloud Security and IAM initiatives at Bukalapak.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing and providing leadership across four pillars of security: namely, Cyber Operations, Cyber Strategy & Architecture, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security
- Being the trusted adviser of Cyber Security expertise in your areas, proactively providing security leadership and working alongside the Head of GRC and Head of Data Security to ensure coverage across the security program
- Developing and managing a Cyber Defence Operations function inclusive of developing roadmaps taking into account both current and future Infosec and Business risks to Bukalapak
- Being responsible and accountable for Cyber Defence Operations services, working closely with the Managed Security Services provider to manage SLA and metrics to minimise risk to the company
- Cultivating core relationships between internal stakeholders and external partners and other third-party entities to effectively handle security incidents
- Leading the Cyber Operations team, including the Red and Blue teams on bug bounty programs and identified vulnerabilities, resolving them within a timely manner. In addition, lead the Cyber Strategy, IAM and Cloud Security team with knowledge across these domains
- Being proficient with various security technologies, including firewalls, wafs, DDoS protection solutions, as well as data leakage prevention
- Maintaining security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures
- Upgrading security systems by monitoring the security environment, identifying security gaps, and evaluating and implementing enhancements

**What you need to have (i.e., Minimum Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent professional experience in security architecture, engineering and operations, with at least 10 years in a corporate environment

- Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability
- Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation and security

**What would make you stand out from the crowd (i.e., Preferred Qualifications)**:

- Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions, experience in SOC/MSS and operations
- Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong business and commercial acumen
