**Responsibilities**
- To assist with the institute through a variety of administrative duties, including organizing and execution of annual workshop and conferences
- To provide general administrative support to the institute and running of annual conferences, communication with partnering institutes etc.
- Venue sourcing, procurement of hotels and restaurants.
- Speaker liaison including arrangement of speakers’ accommodation, airflight, reimbursement, etc.
- Call for papers management.
- Conference registrations and billing.
- On-site logistics.
- Responsible for the maintenance and growth of the institute’s event mailing list.
- Other housekeeping matters and ad hoc duties assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree holder
- At 5-6 years of experiences
- Good communications skills
- Strong attention to details and able to multi-task
- Able to work well independently
- Experience with event management would be preferred
