Accounts/ Operational Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- To handle full set account and handle and manage multiple accounting entries, month-end closing and reconciliation.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filling.
- Perform general office administration works.
- Prepare related companies’ transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
- To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments and assisting the Account Manager to Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
- To support the Operations Department on Bills of Lading documentation process when needed.
- Assist the operations department in basis coordination or logistics if required
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
**Requirement**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated and independent
- Good interpersonal & communications skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification
- Preferably with Quick Books Accounting software experience preferred.
- Computer literacy such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Salary will be commensurate based on experience.
