Our company is seeking a mature, meticulous, and self-motivated individual for a Part-time Accounts & Operations Assistant Position within the team.

**Your Role in Our Team**:

- **Operations Support**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including preparation and verification of invoices, receiving payments, managing the studio space, as well as organisation and management of customer data.
- **Accounts Assistance**: Support the accountant with month-end activities such as stock take, data entry, and updating records.
- **Executive Assistance**: Assist directors with tasks such as booking flights and accommodation, running occasional errands, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Ideal Team Member Profile**:

- Preferably have more than 5 years of working experience
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous & organised
- Self-motivated, independent, able to multitask and work as a team
