**The Role**

This role is responsible for planning, implementing and solving complex warehouse processes. He/she is also responsible for developing plans to monitor manpower deployment, productivity and daily operational targets. Being analytical and logical, he/she is required to explore solutions and analyse feasibility of plans. He/she is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Warehouse Operations
- Develop warehouse planning methods and storage plan
- Initiate and execute cross functional plans and organize information flow for end-to-end processes
- Manage and monitor warehousing standards, policies and procedures and develop resource plans within business activities (e.g. Equipment, manpower and etc.)

Cargo / Material Handling &Delivery Operations
- Develop and execute material handling equipment plans for deployment
- Manage and maintain supply chain security operations
- Develop cargo consolidation plans to identify savings in space, cost and efficiency
- Monitor and manage cargo-handling schedules that consider timeline and resource factors

Business Continuous Improvement
- Formulate business process solutions to innovate current business processes
- Analyse risk associated with different approaches of process change
- Analyse business processes improvements through workflow analysis methods and support systematic implementation

Safety & Health Operations
- Manage compliance to safety policies, standards and procedures
- Participate in solutioning discussions around suggestions to improve existing safety processes
- Drive execution of safety related solutions / plans
- Perform Gemba Walk periodically to identify safety risks/hazards
- Perform safety briefings / sharing and influence active reporting of safety risks / hazards

Technology Application Activities
- Monitor performance level of systems, technology and electronic tools deployed (e.g. RF Handheld device, WMS & etc.)
- Front and lead technological solution implementation
- Drive and coordinate corrective actions among internal and/or external stakeholders to address systematic performance and/or malfunctions

Business Activities
- Participate in business reviews
- Front-line lead for executing Customer Relationship Management activities
- Drive data integrity for operational documentation and take ownership of timely billing and accuracy

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Operations Executive: 4 years (required)
- 3PL industry: 4 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
