**Job Summary**:
The Senior Manager - Emergency Pandemic Stockpile Logistics is responsible for the overall management and strategy of the Warehouse, including Transportation and Order Processing function in support of the stockpile operation as dictated by the authority. He/She drives strategic initiatives, large-scale implementation projects and interventions, and sets the direction of the warehouse’s business continuity and planning.

He/She is a strategic advocate, sensitive to customers’ needs, and is pro-active to deliver results and persuasive to obtain buy-in among internal and external stakeholders. Being resourceful and systematic, he/she exercises active management of business resources, manpower, internal assets and external partners to drive profitability of the business.

In terms of pandemic operation, the Senior Manager is the key link to all internal and external stakeholders to develop the operational solution in normal time and manage the execution during operation period.

**Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)**:

- Drive and expand recurring revenue streams within the framework of the organisation’s vision and overall objectives. Conversant with the various charging mechanism during pandemic period and ensure the revenue collection is prompt. Also to ensure the revenue is sustainable.- Engage internal and external stakeholders focusing on Front development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
- Drive development of business continuity and succession management for mission critical roles that have financial impact to the organisation
- Provide overall and strategic leadership, develop long-term planning and lead to realise the organisation's growth agenda
- Drive improvements to the organisation's operations through feedback and identification of issues
- Set organisational WSH strategy to manage compliance
- Drive organisational transformation projects and programme development
- Cultivate strong relationships with public and private sector stakeholders

**Job Requirements**:
**Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience**:
Degree in any logistics related field
10 years of relevant working experience
