The Senior Project Manager is responsible for working closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for projects. This position is part of the Project Management Office and will be located in Singapore.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Capacity to plan, prioritize & complete projects on time. Excellent project management skills and ability to balance multiple responsibilities and timelines. Collaborates with the team to drive Daily Management.

Build project plans with flexibility in approach and methodology; builds detailed project schedule, budget/forecasts, and risk management plan with countermeasures. Communicate project risks and progress succinctly and solicits support from leadership to deliver results.

Optimize schedule by driving discussions to eliminate waste and identify the fastest paths forward.

Ensure team members are clear on scope and priorities. Lead project execution against schedule, revising as appropriate, to meet changing project needs and requirements. Provide recovery action plans (PSP) when tollgates are not met to get the project back on track.

Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Influence team across functions while raising resource, capacity, and performance concerns.

Ability to hold all team members, including external resources, accountable to complete the project on time, within scope and on budget.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Min 6 years in project management min 4 years of direct experience in project management of new build facilities (Greenfield/Brownfield)

Ability to utilize commonly accepted project management tools to assist in the development of, and adherence to the schedule, including an understanding of project management methodologies and scheduling software tools

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with demonstrated management and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks simultaneously with a proven track record to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills as required

Demonstrated ability to present sophisticated or difficult messages clearly and persuasively to all partner groups

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
BS in engineering or construction management

Experience in a manufacturing environment and PMP certification preferred

4+ years of practical experience in planning and execution of large development projects including those for capital, mechanical, or electrical projects
